Proficiency with Mikrotik RouterBOARD – beneficial: Minimum requirements: Grade 12 / Matric relevant tertiary qualification and/or Certifications CCNA / CCNP 1-2 Years' experience with strong understanding of SIP protocol and IP networking principles Working knowledge and experience of Cloud PBX and VoIP systems Expertise in Mikrotik RouterBOARD configuration and management of devices – beneficial Bilingual in Afrikaans and English Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
