The Junior Product Manager - Antennas will support the Product Management team by conducting market research, benchmarking competitor products, and assisting with product research. This role involves gathering and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making, developing marketing materials, and providing technical support and training. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and market trends in the antenna industry. Technology Research Conduct research and analysis of current and emerging technologies relevant to the antenna industry. Assist in advising internal stakeholders on the impact of these technologies on product strategy and development Competitor Product and Landscape Research Research competitor products to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning. Assist in translating competitive landscape insights into actionable strategies for the organization. Market segment and trends research Research market trends and analyze how they influence the company and sales of antenna products. Assist in identifying and evaluating market segments to determine the best opportunities for the company. Marketing Assist in creating product marketing communications objectives. Develop product presentations and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team. Support the marketing of new and updated products to internal and external stakeholders. Help prepare for trade shows and create content for online and social media platforms. Product Training & Support Provide product overview training to internal sales teams and external stakeholders. Assist in presenting product webinars, workshops, and seminars. Offer technical advice to customers and provide detailed responses that highlight the company's product strengths. Support the preparation of technical inputs for tenders (RFx). Technical Customer Support Provide technical support for Poynting customers, end-users, sales teams, and other divisions regarding antenna products. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with detailed and informative technical replies. Engage in forums, community pages, social media, and the company website to support technical aspects and enhance customer interaction. Administration and Reporting General correspondence and administration completed accurately and timeously Email, inbox and data managed timeously and effectively Professional image maintained in all communication All reporting and feedback requirements met, and reports completed accurately and timeously, according to company requirements Adhere to departmental processes and standard operating procedures Supply statistics and information as requested. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry-related experience preferred.
