Description Junior Service Administrator vacancy exists within a stable company in Alberton. Salary R10 000 – R12000CTC Responsibilities Processing of Job Cards onto our in-house system. Administer end to end service process Create, process and close jobs on the in-house system Capture, process and analyse job costing elements (labour, travel, expenses, bought outs, SIMS) Invoice external customers and process invoices to debtors Verify archives and follow up Assist in control of Work In Progress (WIP) Formalize documentation for customers (service reports, quotations and invoices) Minimum requirements: Matric 2 years' service administration experience Computer Literacy (Windows Platform plus Microsoft Office) Accuracy and attention to detail Good understanding of service costing processes (all functions of Service Administrator role) Understand how Service Administration team integrates into service operational function Attention to detail We offer Medical Aid Contribution, Provident Fund Contribution
