Minimum requirements:- Relevant qualification: Production planning/Operations Management/ Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain and Logistics.
- 2-3 Years exp. In manufacturing and planning.
- Exp. in the Automotive industry would secure your position.

Responsibilities:- Production Planning and Organizing:
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
- Create, Monitor and Manage all Production documentation.
- Coordinate with supply chain / purchasing / finance departments.
- Establish daily goals and effectively communicate them to operators to optimize team productivity.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules and monitor progress.
- To assist the Operations Manager with the coordination of production plans.
- Gathering sales department information on order intake and future production commitments to meet customer requirements and production deadlines efficiently.
- Preparing Monthly/ Weekly Production reports and forecasts from sales orders received.
- Inventory/ Stock controlling:
- Prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
- Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
- Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items.
- Evaluate suppliers offers and negotiate profitable deals.
- Coordinate regular inventory audits.
