Salt A leading Facilities Management company is seeking a Key Account Manager . They are looking for candidates with previous experience and a proven track record in Hygiene Service Accounts Management and relationship building. The purpose of this role is to maximise the performance of accounts in line with agreed strategies and business objectives by strengthening business relationships. Requirements: High school diploma (Matric/Grade 12) Relevant qualification in a related field 2-5 years of experience in a similar role Excellent customer service skills Strong accounting knowledge and skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Thorough understanding of company products and services Strong problem-solving, query resolution, and account reconciliation abilities Valid driver's license and personal vehicle Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of assigned accounts Focus on customer retention by managing terminations, ensuring equipment is retrieved, and billing is discontinued Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues within set timeframes Maintain open communication with internal departments Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts Consistently identify additional sales opportunities Assist in the implementation of national deals Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys for assigned accounts Perform onboarding surveys after new account installations Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
