They Key Account Manager be responsible to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. Develop trust relationships with our major clients. Communicate the customer's requirements to the production team to ensure that the orders are scheduled, manufactured and delivered in full on time. Ensure that the correct products are delivered to our customers. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal/external production units. Manage the annual contracts on a day-to-day basis. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Prepare reports on account status. Need to be able and willing to travel locally and internationally from time to time. Requirements: A recognized BCom degree in Marketing Management or similar 4 Years as a Key Account Manager with in the FMCG Sector Skills: Good problem solver. Be able to sense needs when they arise. Be organized. Able to work with minimum or no supervision. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communications skills. R55,000-R60,000 CTC Per Month Apply Now
