As Land Acquisition Manager direct, administer and coordinate the securing/acquisition of land required for the development and implementation of renewable energy projects across the African Region in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Company. Responsibilities: Identifying new properties for Renewable energies (Solar, Wind & Hydro) within South Africa and in the international markets Negotiating, review and sign lease with property owner Purchasing and servitude/wayleave negotiations with property owner Mapping and Layout overlays of Designs Obtaining and maintaining permitting related to land Day to day communication with New and Existing Landlords. Management of consultants and acquisition specialists. Communicating with all relevant stakeholders Addressing all issues pertaining Landlords or Permitting. Assisting in Bid compilations Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Spatial Planning Honors Minimum Previous Experience: 4-year experience in site acquisition Other Skills: Very good people and communication skills Good GIS capabilities
