Overall purpose of the role Develop, customize, and maintain ERP/CRM systems The developer will be responsible for developing and customizing systems that meet the organisation's needs. This involves designing, coding, testing, system integration and deploying applications using programming languages such as PHP or Java Troubleshoot and resolve ERP/CRM system issues: The developer will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that arise in the ERP/CRM system. This include debugging, testing, and implementing fixes to ensure that the system is running smoothly and efficiently Provide technical support to end-users: The developer will provide technical support to end-users of the system. This includes assisting with user training, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on how to use the system effectively Mentor and manage junior developers. Bachelor Degree in Software Development or Computer Science or Equivalent coupled with at least a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on system design using multiple programming languages such as Java, PHP, and JavaScript Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript framework (React, Angular), back-end technologies and databases systems (SQL or MySQL), cloud computing platforms such as Azure Recognition of Prior Leaning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process. Ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of developing open-source ERP/CRM systems and API Knowledge of developing Mobile Apps for Android and iOS Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices Familiar with Agile developments methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
