EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:- An appropriate National Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources
- Registered Skills Development Facilitator/ Coach and Mentor/ Assessor and Moderator
- At least 3-5 years within a Learning and Development Officer/Coordinator role
- Knowledge of working with SETA and relevant stakeholders
- Knowledge of processing and submission of WSP and ATRs
- Computer literacy with Excel-Intermediate level
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with BBBEE system
- Must have conducted Training needs analysis and understand process.
