As a large multinational group of companies with more than 4500 employees, we cater for a broad product range and cover a vast geographical area on the African continent. - Provide legal administrative support to the department to enhance effectiveness - Provide a broad spectrum of services under the supervision of attorneys - Locate case information and open and maintain files for effective case management - Copy, scan and file new instructions and allocate accordingly - Maintain deadlines and juggle calendars - Cheque requests and reconciliations - Preparation of monthly reports - General secretary duties - Grade 12 - Minumum 2 years experience - Valid drivers' license - Ability to work under pressure - Good communication skills and fully bilingual - Accuracy with attention to detail - Market related salary. - Pension Fund contribution. - Medical Aid contribution.
