Our client seeks to urgently appoint an experienced Logistics Administrator. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. This position is responsible for: Opening of files on an internal system Matching and attaching POD's to files for invoicing Adding rates and additional costs to files for invoicing Scanning documents for clients/invoicing Status reports for imports, export, LCL and breakbulk via email Updating clients with status of planned deliveries Using various systems to make bookings and check if containers are stacked /client loads received Tracking of delivery to clients Liase with clients for new instructions and for work received Please email Andrea Galloway: andreagsrgfp.co.za Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
