Perform diagnosis of electrical breakdowns Servicing and repairing electrical equipment Preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems Oversee and execute electrical projects Standby duties / attend to emergency electrical situations Safety inspections – ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks Upgrade equipment to enhance performance and reduce maintenance expenses Troubleshoot PLC faults Ensure seamless operation of systems Maintain stringent adherence to safety protocols and standards while executing tasks. Achieve high productivity levels without compromising on safety Apply specialized techniques / practices Follow SOPs to precision in tasks Diagnose and resolve issues Interpret plans and flow diagrams to facilitate execution of projects Execute tasks with precision Matric Experience in the manufacturing sector Able attend to mechanical breakdowns (hydraulic and pneumatic) Willing to work shifts Experience working on overhead cranes up to 30 Tons AC/DC Drives, Servo Motors & Encoder knowledge Advanced PLC and Inverter experience - fault finding, programming, and troubleshooting Trade Tested Red Seal Electrician Wireman's License (advantageous) Asset management experience
