Foster collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth within the team. Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion. Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and manage cost control measures. Implement effective financial management practices. Design Excellence and Compliance: Ensure design integrity, functionality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with architects and designers to create innovative and sustainable solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Communicate project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations. Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in project management and design. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD , project management software).
