We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and proactive Administrative Manager with a knack for organizational excellence to oversee our administrative processes with finesse and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Company background: Our company based in Kempton Park was established in 1994 and specializes in the selling and repair of Earthmoving equipment. Job Summary: This role involves, but is not limited to ensuring efficient office management supervising administrative staff, coordinating office procedures, and implementing organizational policies. This role also involves assisting with various financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the directors as well as overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, managing payroll data, calculation of wages, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Office Management Administrative Support Human Resources Support Financial Administration Accounts Payable and Receivable Financial Reporting Timekeeping and Attendance Payroll Support Payroll Processing Recordkeeping and Reporting Compliance and Reporting Continuous Improvement (streamlining processes) Required language: Afrikaans English Grade 12/or equivalent. Bookkeeping / Payroll Qualification advantageous. Familiarity in Sage Pastel Accounting & Payroll Preferred. Valid Driver's Licence / Own Transport. Preferably Non-Smoking Candidates. Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, finance, accounting & payroll processing. Excellent organizational skills & ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry & calculations, record-keeping & problem-solving skills. Punctual. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Be able to work well under pressure. Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Commencing salary R540 000.00 – R720 000.00 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience, and does not include additional benefits. Benefits Offered: Medical Aid Provident Fund Apply Now
