We are recruiting for a Hospitality Manager. Your role will be instrumental in driving the success and profitability of a wine tasting room at a wine estate. Oversee and direct daily operations of the tasting room Offer expert wine guidance and knowledge to guests, including recommendations for food and wine pairings (wine training will be provided) Coach and develop staff to uphold high service standards Prioritize guest satisfaction, aiming to create memorable experiences for every visitor Implement strategies to enhance profitability through cost-effective measures and revenue generation Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies Relevant experience in a related industry i.e. Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant Wine expertise and proficiency in food and wine pairing will be an advantage but is not essential Possession of a valid SA driver's license and personal vehicle – essential requirement Demonstrated success in staff management and enhancing performance Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Availability for flexible hours, involving weekends and holidays Communication skills – proficient in both English and Afrikaans Presentable and professional R15K - R20K pm plus incentives
