The successful candidate will be based at our head office in Bellville. MAIN DUTIES : - Implement and manage e-commerce strategy - Continuously develop and optimize the e-commerce platform - Achieve e-commerce sales targets - Report and analyze e-commerce platform performance - Manage the e-commerce team REQUIREMENTS : - Degree or accredited qualification in e-commerce, business, or related field - Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, managing and driving an e-commerce platform in a retail environment - Expert knowledge and in-depth experience with the Shopify platform - Luxury brand experience is an advantage - Strong understanding of website design, development, and tracking - Ability to interpret web analytics and reporting, and knowledge of how to improve these metrics - Strong strategy development experience - Ability to manage and motivate a team - Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration ESSENTIAL SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS : - Results-driven - Customer-centric - Accountable - Decisive and able to prioritize - Excellent time management and ability to thrive under pressure - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Negotiation and influencing skills We offer a competitive salary package, consisting of a basic salary and company benefits.
