Responsibilities

Help lead efforts to grow the organization
Manage the Ugandan team
Implement strategies
Oversee day to day operations as well as lead finance and compliance of the team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related area
5+ years' of management experience in Uganda or East Africa
Ability to travel
Experienced and comfortable in data analysis, BI and CRM systems (Salesforce pref)
Have worked internationally or with international teams
