A leading Market Research Company seeks to engage the services of a Market Research Field Manager whose role will be to ensure that the data gathered in field research is aligned with the scope of the research. The successful candidate will be expected to travel nationally and must therefore have a valid driver's licence. Setting up and managing department meetings Check quotas and help to manage fieldwork; Check and analyse data, ensuring that it makes sense and is in line with what is required; Provide feedback when anomalies occur; Manage back-checks and consolidate back check reports with the team; Quality check all the work done nationally; Check the back-check respondents; Allocate teams to the specified research area; Manage a team of Coordinators and Supervisors An undergraduate degree; Must have sound knowledge and understanding of SPSS; Skilled in advanced Excel with the ability to work with numeric data; Be intuitive; Background in the Market Research field will be advantageous.
