A reputable professional services company is looking to employ the services of a Marketing and Events Coordinator with strong conferencing skills. The purpose of this role is to organise and quality control the planning and delivery of events and conferences in compliance with the businesses' policies and protocols. Provide operational support for the development and delivery of the marketing objectives to support business strategy and support on the day to day implementation of external marketing activities. Responsible for the delivery of events such as seminars, conferences, client training, workshop, Key Client Programme events and luncheon / dinners. Meet key stakeholders to discuss the type of event, budget and catering required. Manage the RSVP list of the invitations sent out and send reminders to non-respondents. Plan annual events calendar for various regions. Responsible and compiling a gift catalogue that is aligned with the CI guides. Manage stock levels, quality assurance, reordering and distribution of promotional items, brochures and other marketing collateral. Liaise with marketing and events service providers (when work is outsourced) regarding timelines and reverts, ensuring that and deadlines are monitored and met. Responsible for new and updating of staff profile photographs. Ensure that profile photographs are taken and work with the relevant people to schedule shoots and ensure brand compliance and consistency of all photographs Marketing or related qualification 3-5 years' work experience in a similar role Must have strong conference coordination skills Adept in drafting of factual reports, presentations, procedure or policy documents or training material R300 000 - R400 000 per annum
