Job Description You will be responsible for the following: Ensuring adherence with cashflow and programme. Managing consultant's and contractor appointments and performance. Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC. Professional review of Mechanical and Fire Stage Reports. Site inspections to make sure that the mechanical and fire installations are according to drawings and Regulations. Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed. Qualifications BEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Professional registration with ECSA (essential) Skills Minimum experience: 5 years Experience in the Construction Industry. Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, consultant's appointments. Knowledge of JBCC and NEC Experience in Project/Programme Management is a bonus. Salary / Package R650k - R720k p/a Benefits Provident fund
