Maintaining the existing client base through excellent client service. Attracting new clients so that the business can grow. Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and procurement managers. Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a deep understanding of our product portfolio and effectively communicating the benefits and features of our medical consumables. Sales Strategy: Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Market Insights: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Any other activites related to sales and marketing as determined by line manager Qualifications Tertiary qualification in marketing. Experience: A minimum of two years of successful sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and negotiate sales. Self-Motivation: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and challenges.
