Opportunity for a Sales and Business Develooment Manager at a company situated in Pretoria. (More information with regards to industry to be discussed with qualifying candidates). The main dusties are: CLIENT INTERACTION Develop Sales Strategy. Drive Strategic Sales and Business Development. Manage Client Interaction. Manage the client renewal process through the sales administrator and take responsibility for the process, this includes sending out renewal emails to existing clients and do follow ups for request for proposals. Develop Proposals for New clients. Develop presentations on Empowerlogic profile and offerings and present to clients. Develop tenders for new clients. Handle client complaints and queries, update complaints register and keep database of queries. Refer technical requests and queries from clients to analysts and give feedback to clients. Do sales presentations to clients. Account management - Follow up with client on completion of projects on how satisfied they are and what issues they had. ANALYST INTERACTION Work with sales Administrator and analysts to make sure renewals happen and that existing clients come back every year. Refer queries and technical questions to analysts for feedback to clients. Work with analysts to get proposals signed and projects started. Give analysts feedback on client queries and satisfaction. SALES ADMIN and CRM The Business development manager will oversee and take responsibility for this process and the Sales Admin person will assist in this process. Administration and maintenance of the CRM database. Update CRM with new opportunities, Requests for proposals and Proposals. Keep client records up to date on CRM. Develop sales reports on new sales, renewals, lost clients and new opportunities. Develop sales reports for all Opco meetings. NEW SALES The Exco will work closely with the Business and Account Development Manager on New Sales: Set up meetings with clients that are calling in and sending proposal requests. Do research on industries and clients that can be targeted for new sales. Work with consultants to get referrals for verifications. Preparing monthly sales analysis and reports before sales close off. Providing inputs and ideas into sales and marketing strategy. Research on competition and the industry. Work with industry bodies to get access to new clients. BRANDING, MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA The Business development manager will take responsibility for this process and the Sales admin person will assist in the following: Maintain website and updates. Maintains LinkedIn profile. Responsible for all social media. Prepare marketing material. Tertiary Education: BCom Degree (Marketing, Legal, Business Administration etc) - preferable 4 to 8 Years experience in Sales and Business Development Excellent Client interaction skills Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Fully Bilingual TBD - Confidential Apply Now
