Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. HR Administration: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and update HR databases using Evolution software. Support HR-related activities, such as onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Personal Administration: Provide administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars and organising personal appointments. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Previous experience in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Evolution software. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
