Management of the Financial Services credit portfolio i.e credit risk management, loans, underwriting, administration etc. Design, refine and implement a credit framework (originations, loan book performance monitoring, risk-adjusted return optimization, operations and collections). Team management to achieve targets including development of acquisition strategies, management of the loan origination underwriting and acquisitions process. Back-office management (customer relationships, credit analysis, communication with borrowers and applicants, loan agreements, identify delinquent accounts, collections, monthly statements, claims, disbursement, legal etc). Operational budget management. Responsible for credit operational processes, policies, and guidelines. Sound credit practices and ethical lending standards. Monitor loan performance, track of loan performance, loan recovery strategies for bad debts, credit modelling. Ensure compliance with credit policies, apply corporate governance. Ensure sound credit practices and ethical lending standards. Develop risk management strategies. Prepare and oversee the preparation of reports and presentations on credit risk and reporting to regulatory bodies. Relevant Degree/Diploma, post grad-degree preferred. Consumer or commercial lending experience. Experience as one of the following: as an Analyst (business, systems, process) or Manager (credit, risk, collections). R800 000.00 – R1 050 000.00
