Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor the execution of daily operational activities spanning supply chain, procurement, inventory management, and facilities management, ensuring adherence to organizational objectives and standards. Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries and issues, collaborating closely with teams to deliver prompt resolutions and maintain operational continuity. Process Management: Maintain and update operational procedures, policies, and process documentation to uphold consistency, compliance, and operational best practices. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data to pinpoint trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights. Generate comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness. Strategic Initiatives: Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies, plans, and initiatives aimed at optimizing organizational efficiency and achieving operational excellence. Logistical Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of meetings, events, and other operational activities to ensure seamless execution and resource allocation. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed to support operational functions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, implement effective solutions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline operations, increase productivity, and facilitate effective communication and information sharing among stakeholders. Special Projects: Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by management, contributing to the organization's strategic goals and operational success. Supply Chain / Operations Management, or a related field. 1 - 2 years of experience in an operations or administrative coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced, multidepartment environment. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
