Operations/Project Supervisor CAPE TOWN, Century City - R28 000 Per Month Neg - URGENT
Manage team of four (4) Operations Co-Ordinators,
SLA Contract and Account Management:
1.Review and ensure compliance with SLA contracts, including key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyse customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and handle escalations.
2.Evaluate overall performance in SLA contract and account management, identifying areas for improvement.
3.Streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency.
4.Collaborate with sales team, share data and insights, and align efforts for cost management.
5.Handle contract escalations, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution.
6.Manage contract cancellations, process requests, and comply with contractual obligations.
7. Project Management: Plan, implement, and schedule installation projects.
8.Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of installation projects.
9. Evaluate resource availability and allocation for efficient project execution.
9 Address installation scheduling, prioritize projects, and ensure timely completion.
10. Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance.
11. Establish effective communication and collaboration channels among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
12.Forecast supplies for future demand based on customer needs and historical data.
Requirements & Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Skilled in creating and managing spreadsheets. Experienced with data filtering, formulas and calculations.
Proficient in using VLOOKUP for data retrieval.
Exceptional Organizational skills handling complex tasks, projects, and deadlines.
Strategic planning, project management, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
