The Organisational Development Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and administering development and training programs for company employees. This role involves assessing organisational needs, driving initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The OD Specialist will work closely with leadership and employees to enhance workplace performance, employee engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Program Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement training and development programs based on organizational needs. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Assessment and Analysis: Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and areas for improvement. Analyse data to understand trends and develop insights for organizational improvements. Leadership Development: Create and implement leadership development programs. Provide coaching and support to leaders to enhance their effectiveness. Talent Management: Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development. Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees. Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems. Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness. Develop change management strategies and support leaders in implementing changes. Employee Engagement and Culture: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and develop action plans. Management Stakeholder engagement: Develop interpersonal relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Track and manage stakeholder requirements and requests. Provide reporting and impact tracking data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
