Drive to collect and deliver items as and when required by the company. Key Performance Areas (KPA'S) Duties: Packer Responsibilities: Create packing check lists and complete relevant fields. Produce the stickers required for identifying the packed parts and apply to corresponding packaging. Pack completed pieces/components in approved containers for collection by shippers. Check the packing list and invoice against the PCC details of the packed components and report any discrepancies to production or finance accordingly. File PCC's. Assist on an ad-hoc basis with other administrative support tasks. Duties: Medical store controller Responsibilities: Check for and ensure adequate stock levels of implants, tools, trays, plates and inlays and inform Procurement Stock Controller when stock levels are low. Check for and ensure that there is sufficient raw material stock available in the medical store and inform Procurement Stock Controller when stock levels are low. Maintain the stores in such a way that all items are clearly labeled, tidy and easy to find. Keep the stock databases updated with the correct quantities of items. Strictly manage and record the movement of all stock in and out of the store whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the stores' inventory records, including all associated documentation and record keeping for accounting purposes. Complete stock-take duties accurately and with all required information. Ensure a good working relationship with colleagues on the factory floor so that stock is issued efficiently to avoid any delays in production or issuing.
