- Responsible for the processing of all payrolls (This includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leave, terminations, deductions, job titles and transfers).
- Ensuring that all weekly, bi-weekly and monthly time sheets have been received from HR.
- Process leave applications and ensure that required supporting documentation is provided.
- Attend to employees and managers payroll queries in a timeous and professional manner.
- Responsible for printing the net payment listing for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly EFTs.
- Ensure of timeous delivery of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and ad hoc reports on request.
- Ad hoc administrative duties.
