Payrol Administrator - Johannesburg

  • Responsible for the processing of all payrolls (This includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leave, terminations, deductions, job titles and transfers).
  • Ensuring that all weekly, bi-weekly and monthly time sheets have been received from HR.
  • Process leave applications and ensure that required supporting documentation is provided.
  • Attend to employees and managers payroll queries in a timeous and professional manner.
  • Responsible for printing the net payment listing for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly EFTs.
  • Ensure of timeous delivery of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and ad hoc reports on request.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties.
