This role involves a variety of tasks, including general PA duties, email management, driving one of the directors to appointments and meetings, and assisting with basic design work. If you are ready to take on a role that offers both responsibility and variety, this opportunity is perfect for you Key Responsibilities: Email Management: Screen and manage emails, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing important communications. Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events. Transportation: Drive the director to and from appointments and meetings. Design Work: Assist with basic graphic design tasks, including creating promotional materials, social media graphics, and event flyers. Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required. Communication: Act as a liaison between the directors and internal/external stakeholders. Office Management: Maintain office supplies, manage filing systems, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient. Event Assistance: Help coordinate and manage events, including the upcoming golf day and other fundraising activities. Research: Conduct research on various topics as needed, providing summarized information to the directors. General Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, manage calendars, and perform other administrative tasks as required. Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential donors and sponsors for events. Data Management: Maintain and update databases for contacts, donors, and volunteers. Travel Arrangements: Organize travel itineraries and accommodations for the directors as needed. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus. Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. Attributes: Energetic and proactive attitude. Reliable and punctual.
