Personal Assistant 6 MONTH TEMPORARY POSITION - Benoni

  2. Key Responsibilities

1.1 Manage & maintain the director's calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.

1.2 Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, ensuring deadlines are met and schedules are optimized.

1.3 Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for domestic and international trips, and other departments as required.

1.4 Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for meetings and presentations.

1.5 Act as first point of contact, controlling access to Directors, whilst maintaining clear and effective communication channels.

1.6 Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed to support executive decision-making process.

1.7 Assist with the arrangement of events.

1.8 Manage Expenses, process invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Collating and filing of personal expenses for Directors.

1.9 Managing Properties

1.10 Managing Domestic Workers

1.11 Assist Directors with Errands

1.11.1 Manage Company Cell Phone Contracts and keep RICA spreadsheet up to date

1.11.2 Keep a record and update all required information on company property, i.e. cell phones, computers, vehicles, machinery etc.

1.12 Assist Directors with any other tasks that may arise

  1. Qualifications

2.1 Matric or Equivalent.

2.2 Relevant Qualification would be highly advantageous.

  1. Experience

5+ years of Personal Assistance experience

Salary R12 000 pm
