Reference: RTB002461-R-1 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Officer to join a dynamic team. The main purpose of this position is for the Portfolio Officer to be the face of The Client, focusing on the growth of our third-party Body Corporate (BC) and Homeowners Association (HOA) portfolio, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining current relationships with third-party BC/HOA properties. Educational Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Management Paddocks UCT Sectional Title / HOA Management Course qualification (advantageous) Registered with the PPRA holding a valid FFC (advantageous) Work Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in managing Sectional Title Schemes / HOAs and complex management Experience in overseeing and managing staff Skills & Attributes: Excellent planning skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills High accuracy and strategic planning capabilities Outstanding communication skills Keen eye for detail Logical thinking and information-seeking behavior Orientation towards self-development Cultural sensitivity and adaptability Service-oriented mindset Exceptional people skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite Responsibilities: Represent The Client as the face of the company in dealings with third-party BC/HOA properties Focus on growing the third-party BC/HOA portfolio and achieving revenue targets Maintain and strengthen current relationships with third-party BC/HOA properties Oversee the management of Sectional Title Schemes and HOAs Ensure effective planning and strategy implementation Solve problems and analyze issues to provide effective solutions Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and stakeholders Maintain accurate records and documentation Develop and implement policies and procedures Foster a service-oriented environment and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction Benefits: Competitive salary Professional development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about property management, we would love to hear from you.
