This exciting position is for an experienced Private Chef who is free and flexible to travel between Mauritius, Johannesburg and Western Cape.
Our client works between South Africa, Europe and Mauritius and is looking for a Private Chef. The position will be based 3 - 4 months in Mauritius and 3 - 4 months in JHB with future time going to be spent in the W Cape.

Experience required:
Designing menus, sourcing, shopping, preparing, table serving, cleaning up.
Knowledge of food / wine / beverage pairing
Menu planning Designing healthy fresh seasonal food for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and private functions.
Sourcing & shopping for fresh local ingredients
Preparing of breakfasts, lunches and dinners
Creating special menus and decor for functions / entertaining guests
Cleaning up after a meal / function (willing to pack dish washer etc)
Must have a valid passport / able to travel
