The Procurement Intern will work closely with the Procurement team by supporting procurement activities and assist in various functions including supplier sourcing and contract management. The procurement intern will be responsible for the following: Monitor and track order statuses and update procurement order tracker. Maintain vendor contact databases, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate records. Track daily deliveries and update on late deliveries. Request supplier invoices and address any discrepancies promptly with vendors. Assist with preparing Requests for quotations (RFQs) . Assist with sourcing for new NPD packaging and raw materials. Assist with bulk and packaging costings. Update product catalogues. Assist with shipment booking and tracking. Filling of received purchase orders. Grade 12 Relevant diploma or degree in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management or related field. Minimum 1 year working experience in similar field. Adaptability and Learning Orientation Passion for learning and a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in costings and documentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
