Join Our Team: Seeking Candidates with a Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Related Fields, plus 1-2 Years Experience in a Pharmaceutical or Laboratory Setting. Strong analytical skills, laboratory proficiency, attention to detail, and organizational expertise required. •Assist in the formulation and development of new products •Perform small scale trials in the laboratory and lager scale trials in the factory •Prepare and maintain laboratory notebooks and records in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) •Perform routine laboratory experiments and tests under the guidance of the Product Development Scientists and Senior Chemist. •Accurately record and analyze experimental data, preparing detailed reports on findings. •Prepare technical documents, including trial batch records, and analytical validation protocols. •Support project management activities, including timelines, Quality Control and Manufacturing to ensure seamless project execution. •Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment •Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other relevant regulations. •Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes. •Suggest and implement improvements to laboratory processes and procedures. •Grade 12 Certificate •Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences , Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. •Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or laboratory setting. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment. •Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
