The company, which is a manufacturer of flavours, colours and food ingredients, is looking for a Production Assistant who will be responsible for supporting and helping to manage the production of these food products. Supervise the factory staff ensuring adherence to job requirements and production. Manage any required training. Manage the entire production process ensuring daily targets are met. Oversee the stock and final product dispatch process. Ensure all Food Safety processes and protocols are adhered to. Ensure all safety processes and protocols are4 adhered to. Satisfy the needs and service requirements of the internal and external customers. Manage all required maintenance and liaise with the Maintenance team. Work hours 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Production experience. Technical mindset. Good communication skills. Computer literate. Team player. Customer orientated. Able to work in an ever changing fast paced environment. Market Related
