The above vacancy exists at our Packaged Gas – Production department, Kempton Park, reporting to the Production Supervisor. Suitably qualified candidates who meet the requirements of this role are invited to apply for this vacancy. The Production Foreman will be responsible for leading the HP Fill shift to ensure a safe and productive environment that meets customer demands and the required products specifications. Key areas of responsibility for this role include but are not limited to: 1. Responsible for Industrial cylinder filling; 2. Ensuring all activities in the HP Fill Plant are performed to the relevant company standards; 3. Ensure adherence to company Safety protocol and standards; 4. Control production at HP Fill plant; 5. Responsible for promoting and maintaining sound industrial relations within the department, while also ensuring maximum employee motivation and satisfaction and adherence to the company code of conduct. 1. Minimum Matric qualification with Maths and Science; 2. Minimum of 4 years' experience within a cylinder production environment; 3. Must have good leadership and communication skills; 4. Must be willing to work within a shift system and overtime when required to do so; 5. Must have good knowledge of Air Products Quality and Safety management systems; 6. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office suite.
