To create a detailed plan on how parts are the be manufactured. Conversion and close-out of planned production order and relevant SAP maintenance. To achieve the outlined Production Planning KPI's Create routings from information provided by Engineering using standard routings Set-up and update of standard routings on SAP Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality Conversion of Planned Orders into Production orders and issuing documentation and drawings for production. Updating cast numbers or any other reference for traceability purposes. Execute and communicate any changes initiated by Sales (Green Memo's) Engineering, Quality etc. affecting production Orders as required Scrapping and creating re-work production orders when required and on instruction by Quality Changing of work centers when required by Production Review of Production orders on completion to ensure that all times are logged, and materials were correctly consumed. Completion of exceptions and ensuring that no additional demand is created. Use the agreed standard times and processes, compile data to enable measurement of actual times vs standard. Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner. By working close to the Engineering team, ensure that drawings and Production Orders lead contribute to the quality of manufacture. Adherence to health and safety regulations ensuring a safe working environment for all. Adherence to company policies and procedures. Any other reasonable instruction given to you by management. Production Management ot Nat Diploma in Industrial Engineering. Minimum 5v years experience in Production / Material management / Logistics / SAP / ISO 9000 / Lean manufacturing. R700K CTC
