Primary Objectives: 1. Lead all aspects of the project management process, including planning, execution, budgeting, and resource allocation. 2. Manage and coordinate the development resources supporting current operations and the delivery of new IT solutions for the group. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and support the organization's strategic objectives. 4. Manage and improve the workflow and application of processes, procedures, and systems development. 5. IT governance, risk and Integration testing and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities : · Understand and define the content and scope of key strategic projects to achieve organisational goals, create and deliver solutions to organisational challenges, and implement these. · Project manage key organisation-wide projects, coordinating resources to ensure effective and timely delivery. · Create, manage and deliver project work plans and ways of working to meet changing organisational needs and requirements, sharing and embedding these across the business. · Liaise proactively and effectively with internal departments, external organisations and stakeholders to ensure projects are adequately resourced and delivered. · Effectively consult and communicate with internal departments to ensure engagement in key strategic projects. · Deliver progress reports, proposals, and other required documentation to various audiences, including project teams, internal and external sponsors and key stakeholders. · Develop and implement an approach to systems and business change management, governance and engagement to support the delivery of key projects. · Engage in project planning and management, including sprint planning, leading daily stand-ups and resource assignments. · Provide technical guidance and support to team members and the Product Owner. Candidates must have at least four years of relevant IT experience and two years serving in a management position . Familiarity with programming languages is beneficial.
