They are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Estate Agent to join their growing team. Job Description: As a Junior Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. Address client concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations Canvassing: Identify potential client and properties through canvassing efforts. Promote the company's services and listings to prospective clients. Rental Applications: Manage the rental applications process, including screening applicants, verifying references, and conducting background checks. Facilitate the completion of rental application forms and ensure all required documentation is obtained. Lease and sale agreements: Prepare lease and sale agreements and any necessary legal documents accurately and in compliance with regulations. Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of the agreements. Property Listings: Assist in creating and managing property listings, including taking photographs and writing descriptions. Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light. Address client inquiries effectively. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local market trends and property values to provide accurate information to clients. Conduct research to identify investment opportunities and market niches. Negotiation: Assist in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, landlords, and tenants. Administrative Tasks: Support the team with various administrative duties, including maintaining client databases and preparing documentation. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client interactions, and property listings. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals. Marketing and Promotion: Distribute flyers and promotional materials to generate leads and attract potential clients. Respond promptly to inquiries from property advertisements via phone, email, or in person. Website Listing Management: Update and manage property listings on the company website ensuring accuracy and relevance. Regularly review and refresh listings to optimize visibility and attract potential clients. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and participate in team meetings, training sessions, robot flyer drops, marketing events and brainstorming activities to enhance performance and share knowledge. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is beneficial but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
