Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: ● Handling of incoming and outgoing calls by means of a friendly and well-informed service ● Assist with client liaison functions ● Provide support to the sales department ● Ad hoc general administration duties Qualifications and experience: ● Matriculated ● Basic administration experience Knowledge and Skills required: ● Computer literate (at least MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook) ● Good verbal and writing skills ● Basic administrative skills (e.g. typing, filing, returning calls, taking messages, visitors’ log sheets, etc.) ● Telephone etiquette Competencies and Behaviours: ● Teamwork, co-ordination, planning and organizing, accuracy and attention to detail Personal Attributes: ● Friendly disposition, peoples person, compassion and integrity, confidential ● Maintain professional image ● Neat and appropriate attire A remuneration package of R 7 000 pm.
