RECRUITER/HR CLERK / EAST LONDON –
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Diploma in HR advantageous
Valid code 8 Drivers license as will be required to travel
Highly proficient in full Microsoft Office package – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Min 3 years recruiting experience in the retail industry or recruiting agency
Experience in various recruitment and selection techniques
Experience in job analysis, role profiling and competency-based interviews
Experience in the professional use of sourcing channels and platforms ie: LinkedIn, indeed etc.
