The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to matching them with suitable job opportunities. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and closing placements. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments. Requirements: Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role, with a strong track record of success. Strong sales background with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Strong organizational skills and assertive personality. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
