Recruitment Consultant Uvongo, South Coast (onsite) Permanent position Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 6.30pm (UK Hours) R15 000 – R25 000 uncapped commission My client is a dynamic and innovative UK based company, with offices in Uvongo, South Coast KZN, specializing in developing training programs for IT, Project Management, and Data Analytics. Upon completion of their training programs, graduates transition to the recruitment team, who play a crucial role in guiding them to successful career opportunities. My client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals and will possess a strong knack for business development. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of their recruitment services and grow within the organization. Candidate Preparation: Redo and optimize candidates' CVs to highlight their skills and training effectively. Provide career path advice tailored to each candidate's background and aspirations. Conduct mock interviews to prepare candidates for real-world interview scenarios. Redo and enhance candidates' LinkedIn profiles to increase their visibility and attractiveness to potential employers. Opportunity Identification: Identify suitable job opportunities for candidates by understanding their skills and matching them with relevant openings. Share identified job opportunities with candidates and support them through the application process. Business Development: Actively seek out and identify potential clients who could benefit from your services. Reach out to potential clients to offer the recruitment services and market the skilled graduates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates. Department Growth and Leadership: Contribute to the vision of developing a full 360 recruitment service. Train and mentor new recruitment consultants as the department grows. Take ownership of the recruitment department, driving improvements and innovations. Matric required, relevant qualifications advantageous Proven experience in recruitment or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management. Passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to work. Leadership potential and desire to grow within the organization.
