Brand Activations company seeks a Regional Manager for the KZN region. Build and maintain client relationships at store level Visits to allocated stores in your area Submission of requested reports on a daily, weekly and adhoc basis Conduct store inspections to ensure that the required standards are maintained Operate as support structure to stores General supervision and review of store operations as required Monitor and report merchandise problems from stores Recruit, and train new Field Merchandisers in their direct area Required to travel regularly in KZN and adhoc in Gauteng Head Office Effective people management Manage the targets and commission of staff Monitor and drive attendance of staff, product knowledge, training sessions, and overall productivity. Effective staff communication through regular team meetings Leave management, Staff development, On-the-job training Staff disciplinary Ensure effective knowledge sharing Take full responsibility for performance of all direct reports, motivating and managing them in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives, focusing on all aspects of sound people management Exceptional attention to detail The ability and skill to liaise with staff at different levels Ensure that the team is meeting set sales target Ability to influence and motivate others Understanding clients' order procedures and delivery procedures with regards to sales Exposure across different channels and different levels of customer Ability to lead and manage a team Clear understanding of channel, pricing, negotiations, and strategy development Exposure in resolving numerous conflict-filled situations Negotiation and conflict resolution with powerful Customers would be advantageous. Communicate Effectively An open mind that is willing to learn Patience in dealing with inconsistent staff and clients Diligence and the ability to work with very little supervision The ability to work over weekends and extra hours when needed Monthly attainment of Sales targets and KPI's as agreed with Line manager Your responsibilities will include checking up on your team regularly through the day Tracking of team performance Ensuring that your team logs in and out daily Management of Regional Sales Target Grade 12 Diploma in Business Management or related field (this is an added bonus) 3 - 5 years' experience in people management role Must be willing to travel Must have valid driver's licence and own reliable car Experience in Telecommunications environment or Technology Environment Apply Now
