Our client a Leading Retirement Village company requires a Manager for their village based in Germiston. This home specialises in the care of residents with Alzheimer's and related Dementias. The Village Manager would be responsible for the managementm administration and control of the retirement village. To control expenses and generate adequate income. Maintain good relationships between residents and staff and always developing an atmosphere of care. Ensure that the home operates according to the policies. Be up to date with all residents. Ensure the property and equipment of the village is well maintained. Risk Management. Take responsibility for security, fire prevention and safety. Administration for the village including all contracts, residents files, insurance and suppliers. The full job description will be shared with shortlisted candidates. Registered Nursing Qualification is essential. 5 years Senior Management experience within Nursing or similar retirement facility. Experience with Alzheimer's and related Dementias essential.
