Assess the clinical and health economic attribute of innovative health technologies and develop and maintain health technology assessment guidance documents. Ensure that team members are trained to consistently apply the recommendations contained within the funding guidelines and Health Technology Assessment documents to pre-authorisation, case management and hospital audit functions of HBM. Draft detailed, option-specific funding guidelines for HBM that are compliant with the principles of evidence-based medicine and PMB guidance Identify needs for health technology assessment and guide the processes of development, writing, testing and roll-out Provide clinical research on ad hoc clinical topics. Medical Advisor (Head of HBM), HBM Operations Manager and Executive Manager interaction, providing feedback Delivering a cost-effective Managed Healthcare service within the average length of hospital stay per beneficiary Delivering a cost-effective Managed Healthcare service. To deliver affordable Managed Healthcare services The actual benefit expenditure per beneficiary per month for hospitalization should be less than the budget benefit expenditure . Pre-authorization should be granted within the option benefits, Scheme and clinical protocols On-going training and development.•To update knowledge and skills in order to deliver a cost-effective and professional service. (Self) Qualification Grade 12 certificate Clinical Diploma or Degree Experience Minimum 5 years' clinical experience (e.g. nursing practitioner, pharmacist) Minimum 3 years' managed healthcare experience
