Job Summary: The Recruitment Researcher will support the recruitment team by identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process. This role involves extensive research, networking, and utilizing various recruitment tools to find potential candidates who meet the job specifications and company culture. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and databases, to identify potential candidates. Screening Resumes: Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates. Building Talent Pools: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Conducting Interviews: Perform initial candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to understand the talent landscape. Candidate Engagement: Reach out to passive candidates and build relationships to ensure a steady flow of talent. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not always required. Skills: Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software. Good organizational and time management skills.
