ï§ Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the
reservations system.
ï§ Responsible for loading all contracted rates received from sales.
ï§ Manage all booking portals, including API connections and OTA
platforms.
ï§ Create and manage allocations.
ï§ Identify peak and low periods and take appropriate action to
maximise revenues and occupancies.
ï§ Assisting the Reservations Manager with inventory
management.
ï§ Generating systems reports weekly & ad hoc as required.
Requirements:
ï§ System knowledge NebulaCRS, Nebula Call Centre, OPERA,
OPERA Cloud & eRES
ï§ Proven experience as a systems administrator or similar
position
ï§ Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
ï§ Proficiency in English
ï§ Well-organized with good time management
ï§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ï§ A team player with high level of dedication
ï§ Works well and accurately under pressure.
