Minimum requirements:

Matric
Relevant hospitality/tourism qualification will be beneficial
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Computer literate
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
